We're investigating, think it's connected to the new site. Please make a note of your flight details (on and off blocks, flight number) and you can submit a manual flight log in the crew area so you don't miss out on your hours.

Hi Management,
Today I could not start acars. The program fired up, showed the green bar and then stopped. I could nod do anything, so had to stop. reload and reinstall didnt solve the problem. Please help,

Last month was Intercity's tenth birthday. And whilst we've continually upgraded technology behind the scenes, we've never changed how the website looks - until today! Our original site remained easy to navigate with great content but it was looking old and wasn't mobile friendly - the new website dynmically reshapes its new modern look to fit the screen of whatever device you're using.

If you experience any new issues with the new website please let us know as despite weeks of testing we do expect a few teething issues now we've migrated it to live status.

When selecting a JS41/AT42 flight in ACARS you will now see a prompt asking you to select which aircraft you wish to fly as the JS41 and AT42 are interchangeable. This is only applicable to these flights and all other flights should be flown using the aircraft specified within the schedule.
Any flight logs filed prior to this post and flown using the ATR have been amended
