Incomplete Flight [Solved]

I also seem to be having an incomplete flight error. Updated the acars and still no on/off blocks button. Flight ICX 885 LFPO-EDDL Block time was 16:40-18:20 Flight timer showed 1:16 of flight time. Used Majestic Dash 8.
