These special textures for the Majestic Q400 is now available from the downloads page (http://www.viaintercity.com/downloads.php), as part of a package that also contains the normal and eco green repaints.
I'll probably do an A320 special repaint next, but for now I'm focused on the impending winter schedule update for the end of October.

Nice work Chris. It looks really good.
Unfortunately my simming time has reduced significantly since I returned from my European holiday. In fact sadly I've only flown once. I still keep an eye on things though and will readily update the PFPX files once you get the winter schedule sorted. Hopefully I will find more free time soon so I can hit the virtual sky's again.
