I'd like to draw attention to the new award we have launched this month, the Community Contribution award ; the only award that cannot be earned through regular flying. The management team give this to pilots who have gone the extra mile to help improve things at Intercity Airways.

The first two pilots to receive this accolade are:

   
• Sergio De Ceglie (1143) for making the Intercity PFPX packages and assisting me with schedule troubleshooting.
• Keith Giannoni (1101) for his work in helping us gain IVAO accreditation; whilst we're not there yet, we're much closer thanks to his assistance.

I was also pleased to see a smattering of A32S line pilot awards this month.
