Hello Everyone,

I have posted on my blog about moving to DX10 Preview mode in FSX.
The short of it, is that I used Steve's DX10 Fixer and Matt Davie's DX10 2014 Tweaking Guide (Youtube).

DX10 adds a magical touch to the visuals in FSX.  It is subtle, but real.  ENB and SweetFX were creating to numerous problems on
my system, but straight DX9 made me sad  :'( .   Not to mention the VAS problems with DX9. >:(

Interesting post, have been umming and erring over DX10 and P3Dv22 for some time now as I'm getting fed up of having to micromanage FSX to avoid OOMs. Will Steve's DX10 fixer work with ATI/AMD video cards?

Hello Chris,

From what I see it will,

http://forum.avsim.net/topic/421849-dx10-fixer-atiamd-aa-and-vsync-guide/ (http://forum.avsim.net/topic/421849-dx10-fixer-atiamd-aa-and-vsync-guide/)
But you need to download Radeon Pro, (similar to Nvidia Inspector I believe).

DX 10 fixed my ooms. Allowed me to run the new night environment nicely on quite an old system now. Adds some nice  dawn & dusk shades.
