Ooh that's breezy, looks like you're having to fight it a bit there! Glad to see the Q400 is being handled properly (on flight deck screenshots I always look to see if everything is properly configured, looks like you got your fuel planning just right too!) :)
Weather has been terrible in the UK for the last few days, I came back from trip to Dublin last night with Ryanair in to East Midlands EGNX Runway 27 and the weather was 23017G28KT 9999 -SHRA.
We're testing out a screenshot gallery at the moment, we should have it added to the website in a few weeks so everyone can post there photos up and we'll take care of the hosting :)
