That first one (Brussels Airlines) was brutal! Some of the flybe ones are textbook: straighten up, dip one wing, get one wheel down softly and then then the other, then nose wheel down quickly and grab the centre line. This video also shows you how hilly the runway is at Birmingham, with it's huge dip in the middle, which you don't see in FSX.
My landings are worse with no wind :o
