Airline2Sim have released this free checklist:

They'll print you one on matt card and send it via airmail if you want to pay them $10.
Seems good, encompasses most SOPs pretty well.

Picked up the Printed checklists. Not bad for 8 quid. Looks professional and a spare is always a bonus!
