I use two images from http://forum.avsim.net/topic/354676-just-another-flow-and-checklist/?p=2170762 as my checklists and flows (there is a PDF version to download at http://library.avsim.net/search.php?SearchTerm=flow+and+check&CatID=root&Go=Search)

They're designed to work with FS2Crew, so they only detail the flows for PF/PIC/P1. Easy to read and concise, everything is on two sides of A4.
