Hello,


This was my first flight for Intercity. I completed a flight and a couple of times checked that the ACARS was working but still my flight was left incomplete after I shut down my engines and deboarded.

Looks like ACARS didnt recognise your off blocks, have a look at the manual button option in ACARS detailed here and then ACARS should work next time
