Hi,


I did yesterday night my first flight in the company but I did not success to complete the process in the ACARS application.


It was a EGLC-EGBB fligth in IVAO. I had to manually input the 'out of blocks' (first try in automatic did not work) When landing in EGBB, the ACARS continued showing 'descending' phase. After parking and shutdown I had to quit the ACARS so the flight was not filed.


Any advise in how to make the correct procedures?

I have manually file this report and recovered your flight data and it is now in your logbook.
Not sure what has happened with regards to ACARS without seeing a screenshot of the ACARS when it stop registering correctly, however I'm guessing it hasn't registered you have landed for some strange reason. Let me know if it happens again and if you can send us a screenshot of the ACARS when it stops working.
