**Update**
I have issued an ACARS update to include On/Off Blocks buttons for all flights and recovered all flights that were showing as complete in the system but not logged.
We are aware of an issue with ACARS not logging flights after landing. I will recover as many as I can tonight and enable the on blocks button for all flights as a temporary fix.
