I'm just wondering why so less ATC Controllers on Vatsim? Do they all switched to IVAO? I mean 2 years ago there were so many controllers online... Now flying on Vatsim is 95% on unicom...

Can't say I've noticed less ATC compared to two years ago. In my experience VATSIM has more ATC for UK, Germany, Netherlands, North America. IVAO has more ATC for France, Belgium and Italy.
