Hello everyone,

Well, unfortunately this aircraft is not used at Intercity.   But I thought it worth mentioning that the
the Razbeam Metroliner bundle for fsx/p3d is on sale now for a very low price!
My guess is that a few people here like flying Turbo prop twins!  ;) ;)

From what I gather, this plane had a lot of bugs, but most of them have been fixed with a recent
service pack.  A

I had a go in a friend's alpha version and found the engine modelling disappointing at that point (it uses the same TPE331 engines as the J41 so behaviour should be the same, but it was reacting like a free power turbine engine). Other than that it seemed okay but I only had a brief mess about in it so I've not much else to say, perhaps they've fixed my gripes since I flew the alpha.

Hello Chris,

Good point.  I have not tried it out yet myself.  But as I said there were significant bugs upon release.
Those have been fixed.   So hopefully it is better.

So I took a quick flight last night!  Quite an interesting aircraft and the VC is very nice!

Flight model is quite interesting.  Easy to hand fly.
Visibility out of the VC is not very good.  But that is just  the planes design.
Engine noise is (from what I have read) realistic, but gets on your nerves quick.
With VocAtc, I will be lowering the engine volume anyway.

For $20 this is still a great buy!

The TPE331 are noisy sods (a more powerful variant is fitted to the J41), they just scream throughout the flight at 95-100% rpm!

I read somewhere that they've now implemented the start-locks, but I take it from your comments the rest of the time they're just like the default King Air 350's engines?

PS: Just read this hilarious post by a former Metro pilot, he was definitely not a fan! http://www.pprune.org/6754686-post11.html
