Some chaps have been complaining that the doors are on the Majestic Q400 are a pain to operate using the default FSX commands. Conveniently, Jim Hodkinson has stepped in to the fray and produced a door control gauge, as shown below:

Just thought I would add to this thread with another door control gauge for the Q400. I've been using this and am quite happy with it as it's quite discrete. It can be found here (website is German but there is also an English entry for the tool):
