Title: Unreachable web and acars

Hi
I would like to ask, I made flight ICX141 from EGPF to EGGD with Dash 8-400 yesterday evening. I finished this flight completly but if I want to send Acars Intercity Airways web was unreachable. Acars was in status sending but nothing was sent. After two hours if the web was online I tried to send acars again but there was nothing to send. My question is why the web was offline and what I need to do in the future to complete my flight ? It was lost my time.

Hi Jiri

Our web hosting provider had some unscheduled down time last night from around 2130 GMT. Unfortunately this was beyond our control.

If you have the flight times we can manually submit your flight for you.

If you can't file your flight report please take a screenshot of ACARS and e-mail it us and we can investigate and file the report manually for you.

Thank you for your effort to explain this situation. I had off block 21:18 and block in 22:39 GMT , Flight ICX 141 EGPH EDDG
