My latest flight did not record to the system yet again!  I not sure what went wrong the flight log was sent etc but didn't record  if you can find it can you please do a manual entry for me.  Any ideas what i did wrong or what is going wrong,

Hi Steve, we've not changed anything with the systems on our end or ACARS, so I'm not sure why this has happened again However, I have recovered the report and filed it for you
