My ACARS was stuck on departing after I landed.

Could you provide some more information? Possibly a screenshot of the ACARS? Are you using FS2Crew by any chance?

Unfortunately i quit the flight. Yes I'm using fs2crew.

The issue lies with FS2Crew, and a work around is covered in this news topic (http://viaintercity.com/forums/news/q400-off-blocks-not-detected/)
