It's been a while since I flew so I probably did something wrong, but ACARS didn't start and record my flight.

I pressed manually off blocks after I'd noticed but I think I was airborne by then.

Can it be entered manually please if possible?

I worked for me on the return today, when I moved cond 2 to 850 after start.
