Title: 1:30 flight logged 10 mins [Solved]
Post by: Colin Marsden on Dec 15, 2020 13:54
Hi, i am very new to virtual airways flying and just joined  a couple of days ago. A couple of things...

My first flight only logged 10 mins instead of 1:30.  I tracked this to my p3d 4.5 skipping an hour. I realize now what I did wrong in my time setting. My second flight was good.

on the Performance screen in acars2,  it showed Pax: 353 in my DH8 and 7,000 lbs of baggage. All the other figures were spot on.

I've modified your times so the correct time is logged. ACARS uses sim time to log your flight so if you change the time it will mess up the reported time. There is a check in place that if the flight time exceeds the schedule it flags up but nothing for if its less!

The performance screen uses data from simbrief so without looking cant say what went wrong but if you take a screenshot next time I can see whats happened!

Welcome aboard

Thanks Chris, I did take a snapshot of it. Find it attached.

And thanks for your reply and fixing my times.

Looks like its planned it as an airbus rather than a dash, tat ZFW is what I'd expect for a A319! Ill test it my end, could be a simbrief error
